The property has stunning views across Fuengirola to the Mediterranean and it sits comfortably in the foothills of the Mijas mountains......The property is fully air conditioned, private swimming pool, barbecue and bar terrace, heated Jaxuzzi, dishwasher, 2 fridges, digital T.V system, table tennis, games and videos, linen and towels provided....... Electronic gates, secure parking and there is a maid service included....... The villa is normally ready for occupation by 2 p.m on day of arrival and has to be vacated by 11 a.m on departure day....... Rental rates include all linen, towels, heating, etc. and maid service twice a week..... The heated jacuzzi is not in use from end of October until beginning of April........ Logs are provided during the winter months as well as heating...... The price is for 9 adults and up to 4 children...... No extra people than number stated.......There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with twin beds and one with a double and a single bed........ There are two bathrooms with baths and one shower room with toilet and washbasin on the ground floor..... There are two lounges, one very large with open plan into dining room leading into well equipped and fitted kitchen with two refrigerators, one dishwasher, one washing machine, two ovens, hob, etc. leading from the kitchen on to the side of the villa with patio doors into lounge is a very large terrace with a large heated jacuzzi, table tennis and a fitted barbecue with bar and wooden furniture for dining........ 10 Loungers........ 10% reduction on 2nd week of 2 week booking (not high season)........ Upstairs there is a minstrels gallery looking down on one side to the main lounge and on the other to the dining area....... Leading from this one side there is a small bedroom with a double bed, but as it is a small room it is more suitable for one person....... The other side of the gallery leads to a large bedroom on the top floor with double and two single beds and small bathroom with shower not bath...... This is suitable for children or as a family room and has lovely views....... On the first floor there is the master bedroom with bathroom, dressing room, safe, balcony with seating, and off this room there is a single room suitable for a child........ It is necessary to go through the master bedroom to lead to the single room...... In the master bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed...... All bedrooms except the small bedroom off the master bedroom have air conditioning as do both the lounges (there is a fan in the small bedroom)....... The air conditioning units are cooling units and heaters for winter if needed......... During the summer the villa keeps cool, as it has double cavity walls..... All the rooms downstairs have patio doors onto the terrace...... The villa is higher than any other villa on the urbanisation so cannot be overlooked and it is also the end one so it backs straight on to the country where you go through a side gate and can walk for miles....... You can see the sea from the villa and also the mountains behind Mijas...... It is easy to call a taxi if you want to go to a restaurant and there are many restaurants within walking distance but it is advisable to rent a car as it is a little way from the town but not isolated...... There is a bus service every half hour to both Mijas and Fuengirola and there are coaches daily to Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Ronda, Malaga, Marbella....... There is a train service also to Malaga and there are plenty of places of interest around and lots and lots of lovely beaches...... The aqua park is nearby and so are many golf courses...... Plenty of activities in the area and lots to do.......... A hire car would be recommended for this location......
