THE CHARMING VILLA NUBA APARTMENTS, YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME
The apartments will be provided with the number of beds required by our guests (two-three beds, or four-six beds), and also include: satellite colour TV, jacuzzi and/or albatross whirlpool bath, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, safe, small library,fans,mosquitoes-net and a living room with fireplace - all in an environment surrounded by greenery, a garden with reserved parking spaces,swimming pool area, barbecue, kennel and table-tennis table.
The owners also guarantee that the kitchens will be supplied with everything needed for a hearty breakfast.
"The Charming Villa Nuba apartments" is composed by three elegant apartments: "del Perugino"(80s.m. four plus two bed place), "del Pinturicchio" (80s.m. four plus two bed place), and "del Bonfigli" (50s.m. four plus two bed place)

BECAUSE OF THIS, WE PROVIDE SELF-CATERING RENTALS WHICH ARE ALL INCLUSIVE. YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY "SURPRISES": THERE ARE NO EXTRA PRICES TO RENT OUR ELEGANT APARTMENTS:
PLEASE NOTE: included in the rental price is electricity, independent heating and water costs, towel and linens provided with a weekly change, local taxes and weekly cleaning costs. Even typical Umbrian food, red wine and beverages are provided in the kitchen for a hearty Italian breakfast the first morning of your stay.
HELP FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS included! (This is hard to find in the Italian vacation rental market!)
Conditions: On making a reservation, guests will be liable for payment of 50% of the total fee as deposit, a sum that will be forfeited on cancellation of the reservation. The remainder of the fee due must be paid at the check-in. Furthermore, a security deposit of Euro 300 will be required on arrival to cover any eventual damage to the apartment during the stay. This deposit of Euro 300 will, of course, be completely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage has incurred.
