Inside the villa has an American lounge/diner floor plan with colour tv, dvd & cd player, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, micro-wave, fridge/freezer and hob oven. All rooms have ceiling fans and air con is available.
A fifteen minute drive from the beautiful blue flag beach of Guardamar on the Costa Blanca. You can choose to picnic among the unspoiled sand dunes or enjoy the livelier main beach that is patrolled by life-guards.
Many of the beach side tapas bars and cafes offer 'menu de dias' which often includes a two course meal, bread and a drink for around 5 or 6 Euros.
A coolbox and beach parasol is kept at the villa for the use of visitors who enjoy long, lazy days on the beach.
Local Area InformationBeautiful two bedroom villa over-looking the local 72 par golf course of which the club house is within a two minute walk. Pay-and-play visitors are welcome at approx 50 Euros a round.
Within easy walking distance of the small town of Rojales. While you can easily order a full English breakfast in the town of Quesada you may need to brush-up on your Spanish to order tapas from the locals in Rojales.
Visit the weekly local market and join in with the annual fiestas and carnivals or take it easy with a roof top view of the fiesta fireworks with a glass or two of the very reasonable local wines.
A quiet location for peaceful sunbathing and relaxing evenings yet convenient for shops and bars. An ideal location for keen golfers or families.

| There is a mandatory cleaning fee of 50 Euros. Please leave this, in cash, in the villa at the end of your stay. Additional airconditioning is available for 25 Euros per week. This can be paid locally to our Spanish agent. We also ask for a 100 GBP deposit in case of breakages or if the visitor forgets to leave the cleaning fee. The deposit is returned in full 14 days after departure. Our English speaking agent (a native of Scotland) can also help with car hire and/or transport to and from the airport. I am happy to supply hire car rates upon request. |
