Mangoes is a large airy villa set in private tropical gardens just across the road from the sought after Platinum Coast of Barbados. It benefits from the perfect location with the Dive Centre, a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a well stocked modern supermarket on the doorstep!
It has three spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans and air-conditioning at no extra charge, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and guests’ own laundry room. The attractive lounge is equipped with TV, video and a three, two, one suite and leads to the al fresco dining room and a big verandah with cane suite, table and chairs. Tucked away in the back garden, is the gazebo, another dining area, and the barbecue.
Maid service is provided three times per week.

Local Area Information

Barbados is well known for its climate, beaches and water-sports but there is much more all within reach! The coastline itself is so varied that the visitor should see all of it...gentle waters with silver and pink sands on the Caribbean side and wild exhilarating waves, where surfing championships are held on the Atlantic shores. There are several botanical gardens, historic plantation houses (with concessions for members of the English National Trust!), amazingly mountainous inland scenery , limestone caves, a wildlife park, and numerous visitor centres describing how “de rum” is made.
Nightlife is exotic and colourful shows and theatres abound. A steel band plays weekly at a nearby beach bar and the local restaurants offer a range of foods at prices to suit all pockets......succulent fish fresh from the sea is definitely recommended.
