The villa is fully airconditioned and can sleep up to 7 people a fullsize folding bed is available It is built on two levels On the ground floor there is a loungedining room with large dining table and 6 chairs open fireplace sofa suite CD player and satellite TV showing the Sky Family Package This lounge with patio doors leading out onto the pool terrace offers panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar On a clear day you can see the mountains of Africa There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric hob unit cooker microwave and fridgefreezer A utility room is provided with an automatic washing machine The Master Bedroom has a kingsize double bed fitted wardrobes and doors leading onto the patio area Adjoining this is the ensuite bathroom with WC two wash basins bidet circular bath shower and double vanity unit A second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobe There is a separate bathroom with WC wash basin and shower A spiral staircase leads to the turret bedrdoom with a twin beds wardrobe sofa and doors out onto a private balcony overlooking the pool Externally there is a terrace with a large pool 8x4m set in private gardens featuring a builtin barbeque outside dining area with garden furniture and a garage The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas Mijas is 5 mins by car Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins The nearest international airport is Malaga 10 miles There is a local manager who is available to provide any information and assistance required The pool and garden will be maintained once a week Clean linen and towels are provided once a week but please bring your own pool and beach towels
