This charming house is located on the shores of Lake Rotoma. This lake is the last lake in a change of Lakes from the geothermal city of Rotorua. Rotoma means clear water and this is reflected in the pristine quality of Rotoma. The property has its own jetty. A dingy complete with a Honda outboard motor is available for fishing the large trout in the lake, or fly fishing from the bottom of the garden produces good results. If required a 21 foot Bayliner bow rider is available for water skiing etc. An additional charge would be made for this. The house includes luxury bathrooms with high pressure hot water, sky television on a large screen, large decks with barbecue facilities.

Local Area Information

Rotoma is situated mid way between Rotorua and Whakatane. It is in the center of the Bay of Plenty Tourist diamond. Attractions include, good golf courses, geothermal activity including the famous white Island, local maori concerts, farm tours, bungy jumping, deep sea fishing charters. Rotorua is the major tourist attraction in New Zealand. This is a 30 minute drive from Rotoma.
