Property Description

The villa is full air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and in the lounge. There are no keys to worry about as it has electronic locking and a code will unlock it for you.
The pool and Jacuzzi is fully screened with a decking area and comes with furniture consisting of table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool has solar heating, but if you should wish to go at Florida’s coldest time of the year, when the temperature dips to around the mid 70’s Fahrenheit, then heating can be arranged.
There is also a barbecue for al fresco dining.The Kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils and crockery.
The Master Bedroom has a large queen-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe with a safe, other bedroom furniture, cable television and an ensuite bathroom with vanity unit, large walk-in shower and toilet. The Second Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, cable television and fitted wardrobes.
The Third Bedroom has twin beds, a rollaway bed and fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom Two is shared by the second and third bedrooms and has a bath, shower, vanity unit and toilet.The Utility Room contains a full size washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board.The Lounge/Dining Room contains comfortable sofas (one converts to a queen-sized bed), coffee tables with lamps. There is a cable television, a video cassette recorder, DVD player and a hi fi/CD
In the dining area is a table and chairs which will comfortably seat 6 people.

The Garage has parking for one car and also contains the pool toys.


All bedlinen and towels are supplied for you to use at the villa, you just need to bring beach towels.

There are shops, restaurants, helicopter rides, air boat rides, markets and even English pubs very close on the '192'. Only 10 minutes to Disney and other main parks.
