There is a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and all kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a power shower. There is also a communal garden of about 3 acres, leading from the private garden. Children's play equipment is in the communal garden, to which few families have access. Use of study, printer, fax, scanner, and broadband is extra. Although we do not have satellite/cable, we do have digital tv, which receives extra stations, such as the History Channel, BBC3, ITV3, etc.

Local Area InformationThe area is unknown to tourists, but heavily populated by artists, writers, politicians as well as ordinary people. The street is quiet and tree-lined, but there's a wonderful shopping area a 5-minute walk away (e.g., 3 supermarkets, 2 chemists, 2 bookstores, lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs). There are 2 tube lines a 5-minute walk away: one to the West End (takes 10 minutes) and one to the City and some train stations (takes 10 minutes). Going to the West End by bus takes 15 minutes.
