Large communal pool. Outdoor equipment includes 2 patio furniture sets, 4 sunloungers, sun umbrella and BBQ.
All electricity, bed linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels) are included in the cost, as is a welcome pack.
Local Area InformationThis exceptional house is located in Peyia Village which has several excellent, traditional tavernas, fine churches, a bank and supermarket.
Coral Bay, with the best 2 beaches in the Paphos area is just 2km away, and there you can find many restaurants, bars, banks and shops. There is also a karting track and crazy golf/amusement park at Coral Bay.
Paphos town is approx 13km away and here you can experience a wealth of archaeological treasures, boat trips, shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.The famous fort and harbour are not to be missed. Aphrodite Waterpark is situated to the east of Paphos and a fantastic day can be spent here enjoying the exciting slides and rides.
The Akamas Peninsula, a protected nature reserve, and an area of outstanding natural beauty is just a 10 minute drive away. There are many excellent hikes on the Peninsula, one in particular being a trek up the Avakas Gorge. Lara Beach is a little further on and here many endangered turtles lay their eggs during certain times of the year and you can visit the turtle hatcheries. The Akamas is perfect terrain for off-road driving and a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
The Troodos Mountains are about a one and a half hour drive up spectacular mountain roads, and there are several monasteries to visit along the way, including the famous Kykko Monastery.
There are three excellent golf courses within 25 minutes drive.

The full remaining balance of rental payment plus a refundable damage/breakage deposit of £100 is due 10 weeks before departure. Where departure is less than 10 weeks full payment is required.
