The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms the 79 sq metres of terrace and patio area is ideal for relaxing and dining outside, the apartment now has gated access to the rear which is ideal for the disabled or pushchairs. Other facilities include LCD TV with Sky, DVD player, Playstation 2 and iPOD Docking Station. Hot and cold air conditioning is installed for your comfort and the apartment has marble floors throughout.

Living Area

The living area is furnished to a high standard with two Leather Sofas, 26 inch LCD TV with Sky, DVD player and Playstation 2. In the dining area there is a table and 6 chairs, the double patio doors lead onto the terrace/patio area were you will find outdoor furniture equipped for dining with a BBQ and relaxers for taking in the mountain, pool and golf course views.

Bedrooms

The apartment has three double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and it has a double wardrobe 5 draw chest, mirror and hairdryer. The other two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds and plenty of wardrobe space and they are within easy reach of the shower room.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen has granite worktops, hob, oven, sink, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a washing machine and vacuum system in the utility area as well as an iron, ironing board and clothes airier.

Bathrooms

The bathrooms are equipped with top quality fittings, the en-suite has a full bath with shower, wash basin and WC. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink and WC.

Cleaning/towels, linen/maid service

Bed linen and towels are supplied. The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival and a midweek clean and linen change can be arranged on request charged locally. (Pool towels are not provided).
