Apartment in Costa del Sol, Spain

Property Description

2 double bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment
The kitchen has all the amenities you could need for a self-catering holiday with hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The comfortable lounge has television and a DVD/CD player, also air conditioning throughout. However, the spacious terrace overlooks the championship golf course of Torrequebrada, and is also ideal for dining or soaking up the sunshine.
The apartment will be clean and aired with fresh laundry and towels.
Check in times will be worked around guests arrival and departure usually midday, but can possibly be altered upon request.
Residents have the use of a pool situated between apartment blocks with superb views


Local Area Information

Flying to Malaga Airport, we will provide a map for the 15-minute drive to the apartment. Car hire can be arranged for you with collection and return.

This is the perfect place for a golfing break, with a variety of courses, warm winter sunshine, friendly service, quality restaurants and lively nightlife, all within easy access. Whatever type of golfing holiday you aspire to can be found between Gibraltar and Malaga on Spain’s sunshine coast.
Whatever your handicap or level of game a course can be found to suit you. In conjunction with Alba Golf, we can offer pre-booked discounted green fees at over 35 golf courses along the Costa del Sol coast. From Bavaria golf course east of Malaga to the renowned Valderrama, close to Gibraltar in the west.
Golf tuition can also be arranged should you wish to improve or work on certain aspects of your golf If you wish to make your own arrangements, a directory of local golf courses and telephone numbers is available at the apartment.
Out and About
There is so much to do and see in this wonderful part of Spain we can only describe for you some of the places and attractions and hope you visit them or travel further a field and find other interesting places for yourselves.
Two fine examples of ‘pueblos blancos’ Spanish white villages can be found at Mijas and Benalmadena. Mijas still retains its southern Spanish charm despite mass tourism and its artisan shops sell excellent quality products. Benalmadena Pueblo is the original old village and has a tranquil air as you wander the narrow streets unlike the buzzing nightlife, salsa clubs and restaurants at Benalmadena Costa below.
Malaga is steeped in culture, art, monuments and nature, and as this is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso and recently a museum of his works has opened which is well worth a visit. On the outskirts of Malaga is a newly built Andalucian style complex called Plaza Mayor, with 64 different restaurants and bars, 20 screen cinemas with some always showing English speaking films, ten pin bowling a large sports centre and a variety of shops
Fuengirola was a tiny fishing village but has now developed into a residential town and holiday resort with bars restaurants and nightlife along the seafront
In the surrounding area are wonderful Aqua Parks. A Crocodile Park with one of the largest crocodiles in the world. Selwo Marina with its dolphins, penguins, sea lions and exotic birds. Tivoli World amusement Park with its cable car taking you high into the mountains. There are also many various markets to be visited on different days of the week.
At Marbella you can shop till you drop in the narrow streets of Old Town Marbella which are packed with designer shops, or visit Puerto Banus which has expanded from a small port to a harbour parked with such wealth you could not calculate. Here the rich and famous mingle easily with residents and tourist in a relaxed atmosphere.
Ronda is just over an hours drive high into the mountains. The spectacular gorge of El Tajo which cuts through the town gives fabulous views. Ronda is rich in history from Roman times, Moorish occupation and then captured by a Christian army as well as a lot of action during the Spanish Civil War.
Gibraltar is approximately 1-2 hours drive, here pomp and ceremony are still alive with the changing of the guard and other British customs. Go on the cable car for fabulous views of the coast and Africa and see the Barbary Apes.
Unknown by many, roughly two and a half hours away, the Sierra Nevada is fast becoming a favourite ski holiday destination during the snow season (December to May depending on weather conditions). Bright blue skies and snow in winter, sun peace and quiet with fresh mountain air in summer make the Sierra Nevada a unique destination.
