From your comfortable, spacious and clean 2 bed family holiday apartment you can look out on to a green valley park and beautifully kept swimming pool. Come and experience our little community with the peace and quiet of a secluded resort.
If you want a relaxing holiday you'll love our part of the world and if you want the night life then there are more than 10 restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk ! All this for as little as £150 a week !

Los Dolses is a neat and well looked after neighbourhood with many parks, pools and gardens. There are plenty of full-time residents so there are always people about even in the quieter winter months.

We cannot guarantee the weather but typically 330 days of sunshine is not an exaggeration ! All these photos were taken in November !

The holiday property is served by stairs and a lift - there are only three floors and wheel-chair access is possible. (Please let us know if this is a requirement)

APARTMENT
Behind the ornate wooden front door the apartment has marble floors throughout and all of the rooms are spacious, bright and airy.

* The kitchen is large and well equipped with Granite worktops and glossy white cupboards, kettle, washing machine, fridge-freezer, cooker and oven. All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided.
* The dining area seats 6 at a pine table.
* The lounge has comfy seating for 6, coffee table and sideboard with TV and DVD player. There is also access on to the terrace.
* The private terrace is south-facing and has views east and west so that you can watch the sun all day long ! There is a table and chairs so you can eat each meal al-fresco if you want to.
* There is a family bathroom with bath & shower, bidet, wc and marble topped vanity unit with basin.
* The twin bedroom has built-in wardrobe and shelves.
* The main bedroom has plenty of space, built-in wardrobe and shelves, a large window and it's own en-suite.
* The en-suite has a walk-in shower, wc and large marble topped vanity unit with basin.

Hair dryer and all linen is provided. 50€ fee payable on site for clean and laundry. Baby equipment such as high chair, cot, baby bath, bottle steriliser are available for hire. Welcome packs can be arranged along with Airport picks ups or Cheap Car hire.

All in all the apartment provides a really comfortable, homely base for your holiday and if you are out and about all the time then a welcoming place to come back to at the end of a long and tiring day.

About Weather/Climate/TemperatureYou can enjoy on average 330 days of sunshine a year ! Plus the atmosphere in this part of the world is renound for its properties that ease arthritic symptoms. The salt lakes that surround Torrevieja (5km north) mean that the salt content in the air is high which also helps asthma sufferers.About BeachesLa Zenia Beach is closest at 1 km down the road. There are numrous safe, clean family beaches on this coastline waiting for you to pick your favourite. A short drive south to the Mar Menor (inland sea) which is protected by the Mediterranean by the La Manga strip is really calm and gentle with enchanting beach front villages.About GolfingA golfers Paradise ! Three 18 hole courses within 1 km; Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. We can arrange you tee-Off times prior to your arrival if you wish. Clubs are available for hire.About SailingMany Marinas are dotted up and down the coast and all offer watersport activities.About Airport InformationYou have a choice of two airports: Murcia San Javier is the closest just 15mins drive. OR Alicante which is 40 mins drive away - Airport Transfers are available just ask.About Family ActivitiesLos Dolses is a safe Family area with many full time residents with young families chosing to live, work and go to school here. The Spanish are known for their total acceptance and welcoming of children into restaurants. There are also many family activities a short drive away including Go-Karts (5yrs up) Pedaloes, play parks, wterparks, a small safari park and zoo, large theme parks: Terra Natura and Terra Mitica in Benidorm.About DrivingAlthough you have plenty within a 5 minute walk we would recommend hiring a car if you want to see the beaches, go shopping, visit the local towns etc... We'd like to say that public transport is brilliant but truthfully it's not. There is a local bus which can get you around but this can take a while. We want happy guests and so we will not mislead you - if you want to sightsee - please hire a car.

COMMUNITY The apartment is surrounded by wellkept gardens our gardeners attend all year round and daily in the summer The pool area is gated and grassed with trees parasols and flower beds There is plenty of space for your sun lounger whether you want hot sunshine or cooler shade There is a safe shallow childrens pool and the very large main pool has step access plus a length of 18 metres if you fancy some exercise before breakfast or last thing in the evening Typically you can enjoy the pool from late April to midOctober We have a childrens play area with benches swings a slide and seesaw plus there are some pleasant walks around the green parks here and in the immediate area If you are a runner cyclist or walker there is a canal path over the road that takes you through the orange groves for miles all the way south to the city of Cartagena AREA FACILITIES Youll only have a 5 minute walk to a supermarket shops restaurants and bars where you can have some great meals out and dance or sing the night away There is a bus service to other areas but if you want to travel out wed recommend hiring a car Ask Us for Cheap Car Hire
