Property Description
The apartment consists of one large seperate bedroom, bathroom, lounge/dining area and seperate kitchen. There is a large double balcony looking towards the swimming pool which benefits from the sun from early afternoon until dusk.
The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and also benefits from all modern conveniences such as: air conditioning, safety deposit box, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, CD player and satellite TV.
The Lounge has two sofas, one being a sofa bed. The double sofa bed has a good quality mattress and can be quickly and easily erected. A curtain partition provides increased privacy, and allows two sharing couples access to all the apartment without causing a disturbance to each other.
The seperate kitchen is well equiped and includes a kettle, toaster, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. For people wanting to truly self cater this is home from home!
The bedroom has a floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobe with plentiful storage for 4 adults. The air conditioning (summer months only) is individually controlled allowing the occupants of the bedroom seperate control to those in the lounge. Both the lounge and the bedroom have patio doors to access the doulbe balcony.
The modern bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling and has a bath/shower, WC, bidet, and marble top vanity unit.
The balcony has 4 reclining chairs, 1 table with parasol and a collapsible clothes maiden.

| A non refundable deposit of £75 per week is required at the time of booking. Following verbal or written request for a reservation, the period shall be reserved for a maximum of 4 days pending receipt of the booking deposit. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure we receive the deposit within the agreed 4 days. We reserve the right to "re-sell" a reserved period if no deposit has been received within 4 days, without any further notification.
The balance is due 8 weeks before your UK departure date.
A £100 security deposit is required with the final payment. This is returned within 10 days of ourselves receiving the key back, and pending a satisfactory apartment inspection. Guests are reminded at this stage that the apartment is strictly NO SMOKING.
