Our Villa Casa Gordon which sleeps 6 is a large airy open plan villa at Balcon al Mar Balcony of the Sea in the hills above Javea so it benefits from having a panoramic view of the sea and Montgo mountain It is situated in a quiet street in a mature development There are a couple of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance but Javea town the port and Arenal Beach are just a 10 minute drive with Granadella Beach even closer at just 4 kilometres away The Cabo de la Nao Lighthouse actually the most easterly point in mainland Spain is only 1km away The villa has a sitting room with a magnificent view The dining area leads to a large fully fitted kitchen There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a garage a large garden that surrounds the whole villa an 9m X 5m oval pool with an outdoor tiled shower a barbecue and a patio with loungers The windows benefit from bug screens and for cooler weather rentals there is underfloor heating and doubleglazing Entrance to the villa is through the covered naya which has ample space for the outside dining table and chairs provided for barbecues and alfresco dining Alternatively use the nearby patio area around the pool to catch the last rays of the evening sun The sun terrace above the naya is accessible through the upstairs bedroom The covered naya is just 4 steps up from the oval 9m x 5m swimming pool that has Roman Steps at one end and is illuminated for night swimming There is a tiled outside pool shower From the balustrade at the side of the pool area there are panoramic views towards Javea bay and Montgo mountain The Upper floor consists of a bedroom which sleeps two There is one kingsize bed continental type with two x 3 ft mattresses in the one frame There is an ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower A door leads directly to the roof sun terrace above the covered naya On the Ground floor there are two Bedrooms which sleep two One has twin beds The other has a continental king size bed and an additional door leading outside to the patio and pool These bedrooms share a nearby large bathroom that has two washbasins a bath with a shower a separate tiled shower a toilet and a bidet On the Ground floor a short corridor separates the bedrooms from the kitchen The kitchen contains a dishwasher washing machine oven hob copious crockery cutlery and cooking implements There is an outside rear patiodrying area The dining area and sitting room lead off the kitchen through an open arch and breakfast bar The dining area has a dining table and chairs with a stocked wine rack please use what you need and just replace with similar quality for the next guests when you leave The sitting room has a comfy seating satellite TV VCR DVD with a selection of family tapesdiscs and a stereo system A car is essential There are floor standing fans in each bedroom Also see our web site wwwcasagordoncouk
