Vivian House is situated in the heart of the beautiful picturesque Cornish fishing village of St. Ives.

The apartment is modern, tastfully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. It has a lounge, bathroom, kitchen and four separate bedrooms. The apartment can sleep eight and also has a cot.

The four bedrooms, one large double can accommodate the cot. One family room, with a double bed and a full size single bed, and one single room, all with front facing views, lastly one double bedroom to the rear of the flat. There are wash basins to three of these bedrooms providing hot and cold water.

The lounge is spacious, with adequate seating, a colour TV with teletext, video, D.V.D. player and freeview sky box. Good selection of films provided.

The bathroom has a hand basin, toilet, bath with shower over and heated towel rail.

The kitchen is large and seats eight, It has a microwave and gas cooker, refrigerator and all equipment for at least 8 persons.

Outside to the rear of the apartment is a small courtyard, here a table and chairs are provided so you can enjoy the evenings, sit and read, eat or store surfboards etc. There is also an outside tap for your convenience.

Parking is available for one car during the summer months. This parking space is situated in a secure area of a private Guesthouse at Ayr.

Bed linen is included in the price. Extra blankets can be found in all bedrooms although the apartment has full gas central heating and is fully double-glazed.

We offer short breaks October to March. Price adjusted according to number of persons.

St. Ives has a wide variety of restaurants and shops to satisfy everyone's needs. All enclosed in a picturesque Cornish-fishing village with style and character.

Water sports in the bay include Surfing, Diving, Water-skiiing, Paragliding, self drive power boats and much more.

Porthminster beach with it's golden sands is one of Cornwalls finest and safest bathing beaches, complte with it's own putting green and modern beach facilities. This beach is considered by many to be the family beach.
