Property Description

This Gower cottage is an ideal base for a holiday in the beautiful Gower Peninsula. We welcome children and pets at the property (as well as their associated adults!), and linen, towels and heating are all included in the price. The property is spacious and comfortable, with four double bedrooms upstairs (1 kingsize and 3 twin), and three living rooms downstairs, with an additional conservatory at the back. The well equipped kitchen has a dual fuel range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer, and breakfast seating for four. The washing machine and dryer can be found in the conservatory. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with corner bath and separate shower, and there is an additional toilet downstairs. To the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden with patio, and to the front there is off road parking for three cars. The TV room has a 32" colour TV with freeview box, and there is an additional television in another room which can be used to watch DVDs and videos (we have a good selection). The final living room also has a dining table for 8 at one end.

GOLF We are fortunate to have six golf courses within ten miles of our property the closest being only 15 miles up the road with fantastic views over the Loughor Estuary on the first six holes You can find further details on our website and blog but we feel our house is ideally suited to people looking to put together a golf short break and advertise special short break deals out of season to support this NATURE There are a wealth of different habitats in close proximity ranging from costal cliffs and estuaries to farmland woodland and moorland so there is plenty to occupy walkers birdwatchers photographers and nature lovers The Brecon Beacons and Pembrokeshire are also within easy day trip distance SEA AND SUN The majestic sweep of Rhossili Bay at the end of the Gower regularly frequents top ten beach charts for the UK and even internationally and there are many tens of other beaches and coves large and small to choose from around the varied coastline If you like surfing sea fishing climbing or just relaxing on the beach there is something for you here DOG LOVERS If you enjoy a relaxing break with your pets there are many local walks to enjoy and many of the Gower beaches remain open to four legged friends even in the summer months There is an enclosed back garden to relax in at the end of the day There are some photo galleries of the area and the house on our Gower Edge Facebook page or you can check out our website for additional details.
