Boat trips to the Farne Islands leave from the harbour just a minutes walk away. Nearby, there are golf courses, fantastic beaches, castles galore, speciality shops etc.
Alnwick Gardens, Bamborough Castle, Holy Island, the Cheviot Hills, Cragside and the fishing villages of Craster, Beadnell, Alnmouth are all nearby.
