Property Description

See website: www.modernlaketahoe.com for more details.
1865 Tahoe Park Heights Drive is a private lakeview vacation home located in the beautiful Talmont area near Tahoe City. Perched above the West Shore of Lake Tahoe, California, this three bedroom, 4.5 bath home has spectacular unobstructed views of Lake Tahoe and its surrounding mountains and canyons. Contemporary design, modern furnishings, and a full range of features makes this an exquisite luxury rental.

Enter this home at street level through a grand cedar and clear glass, 8-foot door and descend the curved stairway to the multi-level living wing. Summer or winter you’ll be greeted with floor-to-ceiling multi-story windows bathing the home with the more than 300 days of sunshine that grace Tahoe. Enter any of the tastefully decorated bedrooms to catch a glimpse of the don’t-even-lift-your-head-off-the-pillow views. Then continue to the living area where multiple fireplaces, a cooking aficionado's kitchen, and inviting living and dining spaces await you.

The home sleeps six in bedrooms and can comfortably sleep eight with the queen sleeper couch in the loft. 1865 Tahoe Park Heights is located less than ten miles from Squaw, Alpine and Homewood ski resorts and is close to Tahoe City and some of the lake's finest dining and entertaining. Paige meadows, a wilderness area for cross-country skiing, hiking and mountain biking, is less than a mile up the road. A large two-car garage, convenience to ski resorts, and the homeowner’s association beach and piers make this an ideal year-round rental.

Located in downtown Tahoe City, lakeside across the street from the Pepper Tree Inn. (530) 583-5700

Tahoe House. Located less than a mile from the house on highway 89, Tahoe house makes great lattes and cappuccinos, with homemade breads and pastries to match.
